- Cornflakes/Quaker/Nestum - Blend into fine powder
- Unsalted butter - 200g
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Fresh Milk - 1/2 cup
- 1 Egg - Well beaten
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of pepper

My Tip:#1 - You can substitute unsalted butter with salted butter but REMEMBER to REDUCE the amount of SALT during marination. #2 - If you are not a butter fan, you can use 100g butter with 100ml cooking oil for frying. #3- DO NOT overcook the prawn.
