Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. I. For eggs
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. Mixed herbs, salt, pepper as per taste
  5. Olive oil for greasing
  6. II. For Mushrooms
  7. Slice washed mushrooms
  8. Coarsed garlic
  9. Flax seeds
  10. Mixed herbs
  11. Seasonings
  12. III. For mashed potatoes
  13. Mash boiled potatoes: 2,
  14. half cup milk
  15. 2 tbsp mayo,
  16. Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a pan put oilve oil, add herbs, salt pepper and sliced boiled potatoes.
  2. Stir and cook till they become grilled.
  3. Grease a silicon mould. Fill half with herbed potatoes. Break an egg gently on top.
  4. Sprinkle herb, pepper n salt.
  5. Cook in air fry/micro/oven. In air frier at 160° it took 5 min. Demould easily once done.
  6. Slice washed mushrooms, garlic.
  7. . In a pan add oil, garluc....saute and add flax seeds, herbs, salt, pepper and mushrooms
  8. Saute till dry.
  9. Mash boiled potatoes: 2, half cup milk and salt, pepper.
  10. Mix evetything and beat till smooth. I have piped in icing bag.
  11. Icing of mashed potatoe in circle or heart shaped. Place your mcegg in centre.
  12. Arrange herbed potatoes on one side and garlic mushrooms on other. Add parsley. Ready to indulge.
