Spinach Fry

Ingredients to make Spinach Fry

  • spinach 1 cup
  • jeera seeds 1 tsp
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Small onion 10
  • garlic 2
  • Green chilli 1
  • salt as required
  • coconut oil 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut 3 tsp

How to make Spinach Fry

  1. In pan heat coconut oil,add jeera seeds and onion,green chilli,garlic fry for 5 min.
  2. Now add spinach.fry for 5 min with oil.
  3. Add little amount of water and fry for 10 min.add salt.
  4. Now add grated coconut mix well.cook till water disappear.add 1 tsp of coconut oil.
  5. Cook for 3 min.switch off the flame and serve it hot
