This kabab is made from paneer vegetables n stuffed with apple

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm paneer
  2. 1/2 c boiled peas
  3. 1/2 c grated carrot
  4. 1 boiled potato
  5. 1 apple
  6. 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  7. 2 tsp chat masala
  8. 2 tsp garam masala
  9. 2 tbsp corriender leaves chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. suji mix with grated beetroot
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. First grated paneer n potato.
  2. now crush peas .
  3. Now mix paneer potato corn peas n carrot.
  4. mix garam masala, chili ginger paste , corriender n salt.
  5. Peal n finally chopped apple.
  6. add chat masala in it.
  7. Now take a mixture n fill apple.
  8. make kabab .
  9. Coat with suji n shallow fry it.
  10. Serve with onion n curd chuttney.
