  1. Pumpkin 300 grm peeled and grated
  2. 1 tomato
  3. Zeera 1 tbsp
  4. Rai 1 tsp
  5. Dry sukha masala

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  4. ADD A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  5. ADD 1-2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  6. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  7. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  11. 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  12. ADD 300 GMS GRATED PUMKIN
  13. MIX WELL
  14. COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  15. ADD 2 TSP SWEET & SOUR TAMARIND CHUTNEY
  16. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER
  17. MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
