Tried and tested recipe to reduce eye sight to a great extent

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams Mamra Almonds(you can take regular too)
  2. 250 grams Sauf (use the bigger seeds one)
  3. 200 grms Khadi misri(rock sugar )

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the almonds on a tawa.Do not burn them
  2. Dry roast the sauf too.Roast till you get the sweet aroma
  3. When the almond and sauf are cooled add misri and grind
  4. Grind everything to a fine powder
  5. Eat this bhuko(powder) every day 1 tbsp twice with hot milk
  6. You can have it as it also but make sure to have it daily for at least few months to see the results
