ABOUT Sweet potato puttu & ladoo (balls) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. sweet potato - half kg ( white or orange colour)
  2. grated coconut half cup
  3. ghee - 1 tsp
  4. sugar - 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash sweet potatoes, cut into big pieces and steam cook it.
  2. Peel the skin, grate it in a plate.
  3. Add grated coconut, ghee and sugar to taste.Mix well.
  4. Sweet potato puttu ready ! Serve warm..
  5. If you get orange colour sweet potato make sweet potato ladoo(balls). Just same procedure but shape into balls
