Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats ... 1/4 cup
  2. Greek yogurt .... 1/4 cup
  3. Coconut milk .... 1/4 cup
  4. Honey ................ 1 tbsp 
  5. Chia seeds ......... 1 tbsp
  6. Flaxseeds .......... 1 tsp
  7. Mixed fruits .... as needed  (I have used banana, Grapes and pomegranate)

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats with whipped Greek yogurt, coconut milk and honey. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Soak chia seeds in water and refrigerate until use.
  3. In the morning before serving peel and cut the fruits. 
  4. Take bowl for serving.
  5. Layer the fruits, soaked chia seeds and soaked oats.Sprinkle the flaxseeds between each layer. Serve chilled.
