Ingredients to make Gujrati Sambharo
- 500 grams of chopped green cabbage,
- 1 cup Carrots cut into julians,
- 1 cup Peas,
- 4-5 Green chillies slit into two,
- 1-1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds,,
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder
- 1 Lemon
- Oil to fry & salt to taste.
