Date n walnut are super healthy... Need I say more :wink:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8-10 dates, seeded and finally chopped
  2. 6-8 walnuts
  3. 4-6 Spring roll sheets
  4. Oil for Deep frying
  5. 1tbs refined flour
  6. Tosted white sesame seeds for sprinkling
  7. Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan.
  2. Combine dates and walnuts in a bowl and mix well. Set aside
  3. Dissolve flour in some water to make a thick slurry.
  4. Take each spring roll sheet, put some date -walnut mixture in the center and roll by sealing the edges with the prepared sulrry.
  5. Deep fry the roll in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Arrange rolls on a serving plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds and drizzle some :honey_pot: honey on top and serve hot.
