Ingredients to make Besan

  • 1 cup besan/ gram flour
  • 3 cup butter milk
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 5 garlic chopped
  • 2 chilly's chrushed
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of hing

How to make Besan

  1. Heat oil in pan.add mustered seeds wben it crecling add hing. Add chilly , garlic, onion and saute it.turn the gas heat on law flame.
  2. Then add butter milk and continually stirring.
  3. Add salt , red chilly powder , turmeric powder and mix.
  4. Now add besan/ gram Flour and mix.
  5. Cover with lid and cook till 10 - 15 minutes. When incert the knife and its come out clean its ready.
