Yummy Rice Flour Sesame Ladoo

Ingredients to make Yummy Rice Flour Sesame Ladoo

  • Rice flour 2 cups
  • sesame seeds 100 gram
  • peanuts 1 cup
  • jaggery 1 and half cup
  • salt as required
  • oil as required

How to make Yummy Rice Flour Sesame Ladoo

  1. In bowl add rice flour,salt.stir well by using little by little hot water.mix well to make a soft dough.and then divide it and make balls.
  2. Roll it like oval or round shape using rolling pin or hand.
  3. In tawa heat oil and flip rice flour roti front and back side.cook both side till light gold.
  4. Make 6-7 roti.and keep it aside.
  5. Now In pan dry fry black sesame seeds.fry for 10-15 min.cook in low flame.cool it and set aside
  6. In another pan dry fry peanuts.fry for 15-20 min in low flame.after cool it and keep aside.
  7. Now grind it separately.and mix together
  8. Now add powdered jaggery.and mix it into rice seasame mixture.mix well
  9. Make balls.yummy tasty rice flour sesame Balls ready to taste.

My Tip:

U can use little hot water to make balls. U can use powdered sugar instead of jaggery
