- Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
- Grated Carrot - 2 tbsp
- Jeera / Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 small sized (Finely chopped)
- Green chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped )
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Oil to roast

- Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp

My Tip:Originally rice flour is used but I have used bajra flour for a change. The dough should be very smooth such that it's easy to spread.
