About Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe

An easy dish that is well tossed in a wok and served hot.

Chicken Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Chicken Hakka Noodles

  • 1 Cup boiled Noodles
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 Red/green/Yellow bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1 Large sized onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • 5-6 Beans, chopped
  • 1 Bunch Gralic leaves, chopped
  • 8-10 Pieces boneless chicken, fried
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

How to make Chicken Hakka Noodles

  1. Heat up the wok, pour in the oil. After 1 minute, add the onions and saute it nicely for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the beans, bell peppers, carrots and toss it well, then add the garlic paste and toss again.
  3. Add in the garlic leaves, cabbage, salt and toss again.
  4. Add the boiled noodles, soya sauce and mix well. Add the chicken pieces and vinegar and toss one last time.
  5. Turn off the heat and serve it hot.

My Tip:

While cooking always keep it on a high flame. Also julienne the vegetable nicely.
