Masala Potato

Ingredients to make Masala Potato

  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 2 onion [chopped]
  • 2 tomato
  • salt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Green coriander

How to make Masala Potato

  1. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Put cumin seeds
  5. Add chopped onions and saute for few minutes, followed by the green chillies and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook for few minutes.
  6. Add salt and all the powdered masalas except the amchoor powder.
  7. Once the masala has cooked enough, then add the diced potatoes. Mix well.
  8. Add amchoor powder and green coriander leaves.
  9. Cook for few more minutes.
  10. Serve with chapati.
