  • 1/2 cup oats flour
  • 4 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon, grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 2 green chilli or jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Serving:
  • onion rings
  • tomato slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Funfood's Mayonnaise

How to make Chickpea Mayo Veggie Burger

  1. IN A LARGE BOWL, COARSELY MASH THE 2 CUP BOILED CHICKPEAS
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP OATS FLOUR, 3 TBSP ONION, 1 TSP GINGER, 1/2 TSP GARLIC ( GRATED)
  3. 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TBSP ROASTED SESAME SEEDS, 1/2 TSP BLACK SALT 3/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
  4. SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA, 4 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  5. MIX WELL
  6. MAKE THE PATTIES
  7. CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR HALF AN HOUR (OPTIONAL).
  8. HEAT 4 TBSP OIL IN A PAN
  9. FRY THE PATTIES
  10. FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN
  11. TRANSFER ON PAPER TOWEL
  12. APPLY A SPOON FULL OF FUNFOOD'S VEG MAYONNAISE ON BURGER
  13. SPREAD IT EVENLY
  14. ARRANGE THE LETTUCE, TOMATO & ONION SLICES
  15. PLACE THE PATTIES AND DOLLOP OF MAYONNAISE
  16. CHICKPEA, MAYO, VEGGIE BURGERS IS READY
