Mutton Biryani

Ingredients to make Mutton Biryani

  • 1 kg mutton small portion
  • 750 gms soaked rice
  • 3 medium sliced onions
  • 3 medium size tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup whipped curd
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 pack biryani masala mixed in curd
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbspn lemon juice

How to make Mutton Biryani

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown, add meat and biryani masala with curd and salt pepper. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
  2. Add tomatoes stir fry on high heat until oil begins to separate from gravy and keep aside.In 15 cups of boiling water add in 3 tbsp of salt and soaked rice.Boil until 3/4 cooked, remove and drain.
  3. Spread half of the rice in a pot and pour in meat curry, top with remaining rice (sprinkle a pinch of food color)spread fresh coriander and mint leaves and lemon juice on the rice.Cover and cook on low flame until rice is tender, mix before serving.

1 Pack Biryani Masala?? Will U Elaborate It...If U r Posting Any Recipe,U Must Mention All Spices.. Use of Readymade Mixed Packet Masala must be Prohibited..
