Ingredients to make Egg devils

  • Boiled potatoes - 2
  • Boiled eggs - 1
  • Kasundi or mustard paste - 1 tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Egg whites - 1
  • Bread crumbs
  • Refined oil

How to make Egg devils

  1. 1. Cut the boiled egg into half, scoop out the yolk, mix it with Kasundi and salt.
  2. 2. Put the mixture into the boiled egg halves and keep aside.
  3. 3. Now mix the masala powders and salt with mashed boiled potatoes.
  4. 4. Now take some of the potato mixture, and then place the egg with Kasundi mix in it. Roll it into a cutlet shape.
  5. 5. Now dip the cutlets in the egg whites and coat them with bread crumbs.
  6. 6. Deep fry them in very hot oil.
