Ingredients to make Nutri Burger

  • 4 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 boiled carrots
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1 cup soybean soak and crush
  • 3 tbsp bajra flour
  • 3 tbsp soybean flour
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Corridor choped
  • Cornflakes for in rolling tikkis
  • olive oil for grill the tikki
  • Veg mayonnaise 3-4 tsp
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • tomato slices
  • onion slices
  • Shredded cabbages
  • Chat masala ( pinch)

How to make Nutri Burger

  1. Take boiled potatoes and mash it
  2. Add boiled carrots and mash it
  3. Add boiled peas.
  4. Add soak and crushed soybean
  5. Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder garam masala and mix.
  6. Add bajra flour and soybean flour and mix with your hand and make tikki.
  7. Rolling tikkis in crushed cornflakes
  8. Grill the tikki with olive oil.
  9. Take burger bun and cut it in slice.
  10. Spread veg mayonnaise on bun slice.
  11. Apply tomato ketchup
  12. Add Nutritious tikki.
  13. Apply veg mayonnaise and spread on it
  14. Apply tomato ketchup
  15. Arrange tomato and onion slices
  16. Sprinkle chat Masala and arrange shredded cabbage
  17. Arrange other slice of burger bun.
  18. Serve.
  19. Incert umbrella toothpick
