Ingredients to make Beetroot Carrot Soup

  • carrot 2
  • Beetroot 1/2
  • garlic 4
  • pepper 2 tsp
  • red chilli.powder 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • water as required

How to make Beetroot Carrot Soup

  1. Chop carrot and beetroot and cook in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.
  2. After Grind it to smooth paste.
  3. In pan heat ghee or oil.add cumin seeds,now add crushed garlic.add carrot and beetroot puree.mix well.add salt,pepper.and red chilli powder.add 2 cups of water.
  4. Stir well.add tsp of lemon.cook well.serve it hot

My Tip:

U can also fliter carrot and beetroot paste before cooking. Red chilli powder is optional
