Ingredients to make white sauce pasta

  • For white sauce:
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp maida / plain flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp pepper, crushed
  • ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • for boiling pasta:
  • 1 cup penne pasta / any pasta of your choice
  • 5 cups water or as required to boil
  • salt to taste
  • For Pasta:
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ green capsicum, finely chopped
  • ½ red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/4 green peas
  • 1/2sweet con
  • 3 tbsp water, or as required
  • ¼ tsp pepper, crushed
  • salt to taste
  • few basil leaves, chopped
  • ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

How to make white sauce pasta

  1. FIRSTLY, IN A LARGE VESSEL ADD ENOUGH WATER AND GET TO A BOIL.FURTHER, ADD PENNE PASTA.
  2. COOK THE PASTA FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR TILL THEY ARE SOFT.
  3. FINALLY DRAIN THE PASTA AND KEEP ASIDE
  4. BOILED PASTA IS READY
  5. FIRSTLY, IN A LARGE VESSEL ADD BUTTER.
  6. ALSO SAUTE MAIDA TILL IT FORMS A LUMP FREE PASTE. DO NOT BROWN THEM AS THE SAUCE WILL NOT BE WHITE.
  7. FURTHERMORE, ADD MILK IN 3 BATCHES TO AVOID FROM LUMP FORMATION.
  8. AND BE VERY QUICK TO WHISK ELSE THERE WILL BE LUMPS IN SAUCE.
  9. KEEP ADDING MILK AND WHISK 2-3 TIMES.
  10. FURTHER, ADD PEPPER, RED CHILLI FLAKES AND SALT.
  11. FIRSTLY, IN A LARGE PAN HEAT BUTTER.
  12. ALSO SAUTE VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE (CAPSICUM, TOMATO,GREEN PEACE, SWEET COIN).
  13. SAUTE VEGETABLES
  14. THEN ADD PREPARED WHITE SAUCE AND SAUTE WELL.ALSO ADD LITTLE WATER IF REQUIRED AND GET TO A SMOOTH RIGHT CONSISTENCY.
  15. FURTHER, ADD BOILED PASTA.
  16. THEN SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  17. GIVE A GOOD MIX AND ADD BASIL LEAVES, CHILLI FLAKES.
  18. PASTA IS READY
