Ingredients to make Bread pulav

  • Bread 10 pcs.
  • potatoes 1 large.
  • tomato 1 sliced.
  • curry leaves 10 pcs.
  • mustard seeds 1 Tsp.
  • Refined oil 1/2 cup.
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
  • salt as per taste.
  • turmeric 1 tbsp.
  • Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp.
  • Beans 1/2 cup chopped.
  • sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Dry red chilli 1.

How to make Bread pulav

  1. Cut the bread into small pieces.
  2. Cut the potatoes, beans & tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli & curry leaves.
  5. Add potatoes , beans & fry it. Add tomatoes & green chilli.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Now add turmeric & red chilli powder.
  8. Finally add the bread slice & mix the whole thing.
  9. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve it hot.
