Green chutney

Ingredients to make Green chutney

  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • green chillies - 2
  • garlic cloves - 2
  • salt to taste
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - a few drops

How to make Green chutney

  1. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste adding very little water.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
