Ingredients to make Cauliflower Bullets

  • Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2tbsp
  • Spinach - 1 cup
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chillies - 1
  • Salt
  • Refined oil

How to make Cauliflower Bullets

  1. Heat very little oil in a pan, add Ajwain and then the grated cauliflower, toss for 5 minutes so that the rawness is gone. Cool.
  2. Mash the boiled potato to the cauliflower along with salt and bread crumbs. Keep aside.
  3. Heat a little oil in pan, add chopped chillies and then the spinach ,toss for 2 minutes. Cool.
  4. Add cheese and salt to the spinach and mix well. Make little balls off it.
  5. Now take the cauliflower mixture, stuff them with spinach balls and form the bullet shapes.
  6. Fry them in very hot oil and serve .
