Ingredients to make Corn cheese rolls

  • cottage cheese 150 gm
  • Processed cheese 50 gm
  • Mix bell peppers 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  • onion 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tesp
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • oil for brushing
  • Bread slice 10

How to make Corn cheese rolls

  1. MIX TOGETHER 150 GM COTTAGE CHEESE, 50 GM PROCESSED CHEESE.
  2. 1 TBSP CHOPPED MIX BELL PEPPERS, 1 TBSP CORN KERNELS.
  3. 1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED ONION.
  4. 1 TESP CHILLI FLAKES, 1/2 TESP ITALIAN SEASONING, 1/2 TESP BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  5. 3/4 TESP SALT, 1 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  6. MIX WELL.
  7. DIVIDE INTO 10 EQUAL PORTIONS.
  8. CUT OFF THE EDGES OF 10 BREAD SLICES.
  9. DIP A SLICE IN WATER LIGHTLY AND SQUEEZE TIGHTLY. PLACE ONE STUFFING PORTION IN CENTRE AND SEAL.
  10. SEAL AND SHAPE INTO BARREL.
  11. PREPARE ALL ROLLS.
  12. BRUSH WITH OIL.
  13. PLACE IN AIR FRYER.
  14. AIR FRY FOR 30 MINUTES.
  15. ROLLS ARE READY.
