BHURJEE PAV

Ingredients to make BHURJEE PAV

  • Eggs - 3 to 4 nos.
  • Chopped onions - 2 medium.size
  • Chopped tomato - 1 medium
  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies - 1 chopped and 1 slit.
  • Coriander - To garnish.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil / ghee - about 3 tbsp.

How to make BHURJEE PAV

  1. Heat oil.Add onions and saute till light pink.
  2. Add tomatoes and let them become soft.
  3. Add all the powders and salt.
  4. Add the chopped green chilli.
  5. Now beat the eggs well and add
  6. Cook on high flame stirring quickly.
  7. When its dry serve hot garnished with coriander and slit chilli.
