Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black chana 1/2cup soaked and boiled along. With its stock
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Ginger 1 tablespoon chopped
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Dry mango powder 1teaspoon
  7. Black pepper 1 powder teaspoon
  8. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  9. Butter 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Add ghee to a pan add cumin seeds and chopped onion and ginger. Saute it.
  2. When it changes its colour add boiled chana and stock. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt , black pepper powder and dry mango powder.
  3. After 5 minutes put this to a mixer and make a smooth puree.
  4. Now heat butter in a pan and add soup. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Your soup id is ready to serve.
