Chicken soupy curry

Ingredients to make Chicken soupy curry

  • Boiled chicken - 4 pieces
  • chicken stock- 11/2 cups
  • onion - 1 small
  • capsicum - 1/2
  • garlic - 3 pods
  • green chilly- 1
  • Sweet Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour- 1 tablespoon in half glass of water
  • pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • butter for frying
  • salt to taste
  • Celery

How to make Chicken soupy curry

  1. Heat butter in a pan add garlic and green chilly
  2. Fry till the raw smell goes
  3. Add onion and capsicum cook till it become translucent
  4. Pour chicken stock
  5. Add salt pepper and soya sauce
  6. Stir well
  7. Meanwhile fry chicken in butter
  8. Then add chicken into stock and pour corn flour and cook till it becomes thick
  9. Springle celery
  10. Chicken soupy curry is ready to serve
