  • Parota 2
  • Parato gravy 1/2 cup
  • egg 2
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • pepper jeera powder 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • salt as required
  • oil as required

How to make Egg parota

  1. In pan heat oil add onion saute it well
  2. Now add tomato,green chilli,chilli powder cook well
  3. Add beaten eggs.add pepper jeera powder,apinch salt.stir well
  4. Now add parota little pieces.beat it well.add parota gravy and mix well Cook for 15-30min.
