Ingredients to make Healthy Banana Ice-cream

  • bananas-2
  • dates- 10
  • For garnishing:-
  • date pieces- 1 tbsp
  • almond flex- 1 tbsp
  • Candied cherries - 3

How to make Healthy Banana Ice-cream

  1. Soak dates for 15 minutes or till they become soft. Remove the seeds.
  2. Cut banana into small pieces.
  3. Place the bananas and soaked dates in a mixer and blend until smooth.
  4. Add some date pieces to it and mix well. Put in container and dip-freeze for 30 mins.
  5. Arrange scoops in a dish. Garnish with remaining date pieces, almond flexes & cherries.

My Tip:

You can make diet ice cream from other fruits.
