  • Grated Raw mango 1
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • hing 1/4 tsp
  • fenugreek Powder 1/4 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Instant Mango Pickle

  1. ADD 2 TBSP SESAME OIL IN KADAI. ADD MUSTARD. ALLOW TO CRACK
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP HING AND CURRY LEAVES
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP FENUGREEK POWDER
  4. ADD 1 CUP GRATED RAW MANGO
  5. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. MIX WELL
  7. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
