  2. NOW ADD SALT, HALDI, CHAT MASALA, GARAM MASALA POWDER
  3. MIX WITH WATER NICELY
  4. LITTLE THICK CONSISTENCY IF BESAN BATTER. NOW ADD RED FOOD COLOUR AND MIX IT WELL
  5. NOW TAKE 1 ROTI AND APPLY RED BATTER NICELY

  8. FOLD THE CHAPATIS NICELY

  10. TAKE A PAN AND STEAM THE ROTI FOR 15 TO 20 MIN. FIRST 10 MIN. FULL FLAME AND AFTER 10 MIN MED. FLAME
  11. AFTER 20 MIN. REMOVE FROM PAN
  12. CUT IT NICELY WITH SHARP KNIFE.
  13. ARRANGE ON PLATE WITH TOMATO SAUCE OR GREEN CHUTNEY
