Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. कैरी २ (बेबी किंवा बाळ कैरी)
  2. लसूण पाकळ्या ७-९
  3. तेल २-३ चमचे
  4. मोहरी १ चमचा
  5. हिंग १/४ - १/२ चमचा
  6. मीठ
  7. गुळ १/४ छोटी वाटी
  8. तिखट १-२ चमचे

Instructions

  1. कैरीच्या छोट्या फोडी करून मीठ लावून १० मिनिटे तसेच ठेवले.
  2. दहा मिनीटांनी कैरीला सुटलेले पाणी काढून टाकले.
  3. कढईत तेल गरम करून मोहरी घातली.
  4. मोहरी तडतडल्यावर हिंग आणि लसून घालून परतले.
  5. नंतर तिखट आणि गुळ घालून गुळ वितळून घेतला.
  6. नंतर त्यात कैरीच्या फोडी घालून ३-४ मिनिटे परतले आणि गँस बंद केला.
  7. तयार कैरीचे लोणचे खाण्यास तयार.....
