  1. 1 1/2 कप आटा
  2. 2 बडे़ चम्मच तेल मोयन के लिये
  3. 1 बडा चम्मच खट्टी मीठी धनिया चटनी
  4. नमक आवश्यकता अनुसार
  5. भरावन के लिये..
  6. 4 मध्यम आकार के उबले आलू
  7. 1 मध्यम आकार का प्याज कटा हुआ
  8. 1 हरी मिर्च कटी
  9. 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट
  10. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  11. 1/2छोटा चम्मच राई
  12. 1/2छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  13. 1 छोटा चम्मच धनियां पाउडर
  14. 1/2छोटा चम्मच चाट मसाला
  15. 1 बडा़ चम्मच कटी धनियां पत्ती
  16. नमक स्वाद अनुसार
  17. 1 बडा़ चम्मच तेल +तलने के लिये तेल
