Ingredients to make Jain Rajma with yellow zeera rice

  • 1 cup boiled,jammu kidney beans/rajma
  • 1/2 inch ginger paste in boiling them
  • 1 cup grated fresh tomato
  • 1 tspn cummin seeds
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4th tspn garam masala
  • 1tspn Dhaniya zeera powder
  • Some corriander fresh
  • 1tblspn Pure ghee

How to make Jain Rajma with yellow zeera rice

  1. BOIL1CUP SOAKE RED KIDNEY BEANS ,JAMMU RAJMA WITH SALT,GINGER,ADD RED CILLI1TSPN,DHANIYA ZEERA 1TSPN
  2. HEAT 1TBLSPN PURE GHEE IN A POT
  3. ADD WHOLE CUMMIN 1TSPN AND 1 CUP GRATED TOMATO PUREE,STIR FRY 2MINUTESADD 1/2TSPN GARAM MASALA HERE
  4. ADD THE BOILED BEANS WITH ITS MASALA WATER
  5. BOIL AND SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 5-8 MINUTES,TO COOK SPICES AND GET AROMA
  6. POUR OUT HOT IN A SERVING GLASS BOWL
  7. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED GREEN CORRIANDER LEAVES
