Sweet potato bhajia

Ingredients to make Sweet potato bhajia

  • chickpea flour 2 cup
  • Sweet potato 2
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • baking soda pinch
  • salt to taste
  • water as required

How to make Sweet potato bhajia

  1. Wash the sweet potato. Scrape the skin off.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices
  3. Take a besan add all spices and make batter.
  4. Dip the slice into the batter .
  5. Deep fry the sweet potato in oil.

My Tip:

Serve with curd Chutney and red chilly chutney.
