  • Old tamarind 1/2 gooseberry sized
  • jaggery syrup 1 - 2 tsp
  • water 100 ml

How to make Old Tamarind Juice

  1. 1 HOUR SOAKED YEAR BACK TAMARIND (BLACK IN COLOUR) 1/2 GOOSEBERRY SIZED, SQUEEZE AND STRAIN
  2. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP 1 -2 TSP, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND SERVE
