About Banana muffins Recipe

Banana muffins are healthy way of muffins, which are not tasty but healthy too.

Banana muffins

Ingredients to make Banana muffins

  • Medium size banana- 2
  • Powdered sugar -1/4 cup
  • oil- 1/4 cup
  • Milk as needed
  • all purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence -1/2 tea spoon
  • Baking powder -1/2 tea spoon
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
  • Tooti fruiti- 2 tea spoon

How to make Banana muffins

  1. Take banana ,peel it and mess it.
  2. Add sugar and oil and blend it completely.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix it.
  4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  5. If needed add milk. And mix well.
  6. Take muffin moulds .
  7. Pour this batter to moulds .
  8. Fill up to 3/4 to mould.
  9. Spread tooti fruiti.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree .
  11. Demould and cool it.
  12. Banana muffins are ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can take vinegar in place of lemon juice
