Ingredients to make Thick Banana Smoothie

  • 1- banana
  • 1/2cup - yogurt
  • 2tablespoon - sugar
  • 1/2cup - Milk
  • 1tablespoon - Chia seeds
  • almonds & Piatachious - For garnish
  • melon seeds - 1tablespoon

How to make Thick Banana Smoothie

  1. Peel the banana n mash with using a fork.
  2. Add curd & sugar to it mix it well.
  3. Soak the chia seeds in milk for 15minutes.
  4. In a bowl add the banana curd mixture in center pour the milk on its side.
  5. Garnish it with some melon seeds,almonds & pistachious.
