Ingredients to make Gulkand Rasmalai

  • 1/2 can milkmaid
  • 300 gms chenna
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 5 sweet pan
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tsp gulkand
  • 1 rose

How to make Gulkand Rasmalai

  1. IN A PAN ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR & 3 CUPS WATER.
  2. BOIL TOGETHER TIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
  3. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD 300GMS CHENNA & 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  4. 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER AND BIND THEM WELL SO THAT THERE ARE NO CRACKS.
  5. THEN ADD 2 SPOONS NESTLE MILK MAID TO THIS MIXTURE.
  6. KNEAD A DOUGH.
  7. MAKE EQUAL BOLLS.
  8. ROLL A BOLL MAKE A DENT IN THE MIDDLE AND FILL IT WITH GULKAND.
  9. GIVE RASMALAI SHAPES TO THIS MIXTURE.
  10. LIKE THIS.
  11. MAKE ALL THESE BALLS SAME AS.
  12. READY ALL GULKAND FILLED RASMALAI.
  13. PUT THESE GULKAND FILLED RASMALAI IN BOILING SUGAR SYRUP.
  14. LID THE PAN.
  15. OPEN LID IN 5 MINUTES.
  16. BOIL MORE FOR 15 MINUTES.
  17. NOW TAKE 5 MASALA SWEET PAN IN GRINDER.
  18. GRIND THEM WELL. KEEP ASIDE.
  19. NOW COOKED GULKAND FILLED RASMALAI.
  20. IN A PAN BOIL 4 CUPS MILK
  21. ADD 1/2 CAN NESTLÉ MILKMAID
  22. ADD MASALA SWEET PAN MIXTURE. LET IT BOIL.
  23. KEEP STIRRING.
  24. TRANSFER THE GULKAND RASMALAI IN THE PAN SAUCE.
  25. LET IT BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT.
  26. TRANSFER IT IN SERVING BOWL & GARNISH WITH ROSE PETALS.
  27. TAKE IT IN FRIDGE FOR 4 HOURS
  28. SERVE CHILLED GULKAND RASMALAI.
