No problem if there was no green vegetable in our house my grandmaa use to make this vegetable quickly.very tasty and delicious.

Ingredients to make GrandMaa ki Pataul ki subji

  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For vegetable---
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 1 chop green chilli
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchur ppowder

How to make GrandMaa ki Pataul ki subji

  1. TAKE CURD IN A KADAHI
  2. ADD BESAN SALT AND HALDI
  3. ADD JEERA AND WATER
  4. AND MIX ALL OF THEM FINELY REMIVE ALL LUMPS BATTER SHOULD SMOOTH
  5. NOW COOK IT ON LOW FLAME
  6. REGULAR STIR FOR AVOIDING LUMPS
  7. GREASE THE PLATE
  8. AND POUR ALL MIXTURE IN PLATE SPREAD WITH SPOON
  9. LET IT COOL
  10. NOW CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE
  11. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI ADD RAI JEERA AND HING
  12. ADD CHILLI GINGER AND ONION
  13. AND SAUTE THEM
  14. MAKE ALL PATAUL SEPRATE
  15. ADD SPICES IN PATAUL
  16. AND MIX IN PATAUL
  17. ADD AMCHUR
  18. NOW ADD THEM IN KADHAI
  19. AND MIX SMOOTHLY AS THEY ARE VERY SOFT
  20. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND TOSS THEM
  21. OUR TASTY VEGETABLE IS DONE SERVE WITH PHULKA OR PARANTHA
