Bhakhree is an all time favourite gujarati food. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner it is a relish.

Ingredients to make Bhakhree

  • 1 1/2 cup coarse wheat flour.
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ghee

How to make Bhakhree

  1. IN A BIG VESSEL, TAKE FLOUR ADD SALT AND OIL AND MIX WELL AND NOW WITH WATER FORM A TOUGH DOUGH
  2. ROLL THE BHAKHREE AND THEN COOK THEM ON A TAVA.
  3. ROAST UR BHAKHREE ON THE TAWA ON SLOW FLAME ON BOTH SIDES WITH THE HELP OF THE WOODEN DATTA.
