Butter paneer gravy

Ingredients to make Butter paneer gravy

  • paneer
  • capsicum - 1 medium size
  • tomato - 2 medium size
  • onion - 2 medium size
  • kaju - 2tbs
  • butter - 4-5 tbs
  • coriander powder - 2tbs
  • coriander leaves
  • Garam masala powder - 2tbs
  • ginger - small peice
  • garlic - small peice
  • chilli powder - 1tbs
  • Termaric powder - 1/2tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • Kasuri metti-1tbs
  • oil
  • water
  • salt
  • cream (optional)

How to make Butter paneer gravy

  1. Fry Onion, tomato, Ginger, garlic, kaju
  2. Grind it to smooth paste not too smooth little rough texture
  3. Take a pan Put butter /ghee /oil
  4. And above paste
  5. Then add coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, termaric powder and kasuri metti
  6. Boil till the oil gets on the top
  7. Now add paneer, salt, butter and cream (optional), sugar, coriander leaves
  8. Butter paneer ready

My Tip:

You can Fry the paneer little Bit with butter for more taste.. Don't over Fry or over Cook as it can Loose its softness
