Boil milk at low flame.
Cooled it at room tepreture .
It complitely cool . add sugar and mix it with the help of spoon around at circular direction .
When suger mixed throughtout .
add cornfloure ,mix it same direction .
Now add g. m. s.powder mix well throughout .
Add c.m.c powder again mix it well throughout.
Add colour and mix it well.
After mixing all ingredient heat the milk till boiling.
Then swich off flame and cool it at room tepretute.
When it cooled , add mango pulp or small tiny pices of ripe mango and mix it well . pour in contenar and freej it for 6-8 hour.
Now blend the icecream till whipping .there are some bubbling also .mix it throught .
Pour in contener and freej it for 6-7 hour.
Serve it with the help of scoop .dip it in water and then take out the icecream ball.
