Ingredients to make Pasta poriyal

  • Boiled pasta - 1 cup
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • Gram dhal - 1 tsp
  • Urad Dhal - 1 Tsp
  • mustard seeds - half tsp
  • Green chilli - 1
  • carrot - 2 number
  • capsicum - 2 number
  • peas - ouater cup
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt - required
  • curry leaves - 10 number
  • coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

How to make Pasta poriyal

  1. Heat a pan and add oil when it's hot add Mustard seeds,Gram dhal,urad dhal and fry till dhals are brown in color.
  2. And add chopped onion,Green chilli,Curry leaves and saute till the onion's are nicely browned.
  3. Add chopped carrots,Capsicum and peas. And add soya sauce,Chilli sauce and tomato sauce and salt to taste and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled pasta and saute for a minute. Add chopped coriander leaves. And remove from the heat. Serve the pasta poriyal.
