About Pav bhaji !!! Recipe

A delicious dish made with a combination of many vegetables and spices

Pav bhaji !!!

Ingredients to make Pav bhaji !!!

  • onion -4 finely chopped
  • tomatoes - 3 finely chopped
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
  • carrots -2
  • cabbage - 1/ 4 piece
  • potatoes - 5 peeled and cut into cubes
  • Green peas - 1 /2 cup
  • capsicum - 1 medium sized cut fine
  • Beans - 4 to 5
  • butter - 2 tbspn
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 1 tbspn
  • turmeric powder - half tspn
  • red chilly powder - 1 tspn (I used both Kashmiri chilly powder and the normal one)
  • Everest pav bhaji masala powder - 2 tspn (adjust to taste)
  • coriander leaves for garnish
  • water for cooking

How to make Pav bhaji !!!

  1. Take a pressure cooker and put the vegetables except onion tomato and capsicum.... put little salt and turmeric powder....And cook till soft
  2. Then take a potato masher and mash the cooked vegetables
  3. Now heat a kadai put oil and butter...when hot add the chopped onion ...and saute well....
  4. Add ginger garlic paste....Cook till the raw smell goes ....
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes & capsicum.... Cook well till soft....Put salt if required and the dry masalas...
  6. Then add the mashed vegetables....Pour water and bring to required consistency....And cook for a few minutes.... turn off the gas.
  7. Garnish with chopped chori ander leaves and serve hot with buttered pav.... :relaxed:
  8. Ready to serve
