Tangy, tasty and raw mango blended with spices to get a vibrant green color dip.

Raw Mango Chutney/Kache aam ke chutney

Ingredients to make Raw Mango Chutney/Kache aam ke chutney

  • 1 no Raw mango
  • 2 nos green chilies
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt to taste

How to make Raw Mango Chutney/Kache aam ke chutney

  1. Wash and peel the mango. Cut it into small pieces. Also wash the mint and coriander leaves.
  2. Take all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. (I didn't add any water, in case your blender stops and ask for water, add 1 or 2 tbsp of water.)
  3. Transfer it to a clean bowl. Serve it along with roti or rice.

My Tip:

We loved it as a spread on fresh rotis and toasted sandwiches. Store the leftover in the fridge and it will keep well for 3-4 days.
