Methi malai matar.

Ingredients to make Methi malai matar.

  • 1 bunch green methi.
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 tomato.
  • 1tsp chopp ginger
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 2tbs fresh malai.

How to make Methi malai matar.

  1. Clean.wash n chopp methi.
  2. Heat oil n put cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopp onions
  4. Add chopp ginger.
  5. Add chopp tomatoes.
  6. Cook d masala.
  7. Add salt n all masalas.
  8. Add green peas.
  9. Mix n cover it.
  10. Cook on simmer till peas done.
  11. Add methi leaves.
  12. Cook it in masala.
  13. Nw add milk
  14. Garnish with fresh malai.
  15. Serve with nan or parantha.

My Tip:

U can boil peas.
