  • 1 kg fresh potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • Deep fry for oil

How to make Potato Papat

  1. TAKE A WASHED POTATOES AND PEEL OFF THE SKIN
  2. USE A CHIPS SLICER AND SLICE WELL
  3. WASH WELL AND DRAIN THE WATER
  4. HEAT A WATER AND ADD POTATO SLICES
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 1 BOIL STAGE
  7. OPEN THE LID AND CHECK POTATOES
  8. HALF BOIL IS ENOUGH SO SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  9. DRAIN THE WATER COMPLETELY
  10. ARRANGE THE POTATO SLICES IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND DRY FOR 1-2 DAYS DEPENDS UPON THE TEMPERATURE
  11. NEXT DAY CHECK OUT THE POTATO, IT'S DRY OR NOT
  12. IT'S ALL ARE PERFECTLY DRIED
  13. TRANSFER THE AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND STORE IT FOR UPTO ONE MONTH
  14. HEAT A OIL AND FRY
  15. POTATO PAPAT IS READY TO EAT
  16. PERFECTLY FRIED IT'S CRISPY AND TASTY, YOU CAN ADD YOUR FAVORITE MASALA AND EAT
