Ingredients to make Thirupaagam

  • besan 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup or Required
  • badam 1/4 cup
  • cashews 1/4 Cup
  • Cardamon 4 pods
  • Milk 1.5 cup
  • kesar pinch

How to make Thirupaagam

  1. BLEND 1/4 CUP BADAM, CASHEWS AND 4 CARDAMON PODS TO FINE POWDER
  2. FOR KESAR MILK, ADD PINCH OF KESAR IN 1.5 CUP OF BOILED MILK AND REST FOR 2 HOURS
  3. ADD KESAR MILK IN KADAI
  4. MIX 1 CUP BESAN WITH KESAR MILK WITHOUT FORMING LUMPS
  5. TURN ON THE FLAME. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR. MIX
  6. ADD 1 CUP GHEE AT INTERVALS. MIX WELL
  7. ADD CASHEW BADAM MIX
  8. WAIT TILL GHEE SEPARATES
